Physical Violence: Talk to me first! Shell has no accelerated healing powers, but does have means of fighting back so he can flee.

Mental Information: Generally always okay! Just give me a heads up and I can give you additional information in my brackets.

Physical Affection: I'm open for anything and everything! Shell will be a little standoffish if he doesn't know your character or if they're not human.

IC Triggers: Offering to let Shell bite them/feed off them. This will get an angry/upset reaction, so please keep this in mind if your character would be the sort to casually offer!

Relationships: Open to everything! Romance will take a lot of patience, since he's still pretty stuck on his canon love interest. Please note that I'm not interested in playing any strictly monogamous ships.

POWER-SPECIFIC AND/OR SPOILER PERMISSIONS

Shell is vampire. Vampires in Blood Bank drink human blood to survive. They are not immortal, possess no enhanced strength or healing, and they can't handle higher temperatures very well, being very prone to sunburns and sunstroke. However, they possess extraordinary night vision, are practically immune to the cold, and have a unique ability using what they call Pheromones.

Pheromones are a vampire's unique scent. Using a psychic-like ability, vampires can manipulate their pheromones to influence and control those around them by instilling them with intense fear. When Shell uses his, he can force an entire room of people into obeying him, and it can even be used as a truth serum. Characters under the effects of pheromones will feel as if any wrong move will result in them being devoured, essentially paralyzing them. Generally speaking, Shell will only ever use his Pheromones if he feels particularly threatened, but they can also activate accidentally when he's afraid, in pain, or aroused.

Due to the Storm, Shell's pheromones will only work as intended 75% of the time. The other 25% of the time, they will either malfunction or fail entirely. In the event that they fail, characters will be able to notice that Shell has a very distinct floral scent to him reminiscent of flowers. This scent is subtle otherwise, but always present. Whether they succeed or fail is not dependent on the target, so they may fail at times and succeed at times, even when used on the same person. If they merely malfunction, they may be stronger or weaker than intended, or trigger an effect other than fear (such as happiness, arousal, etc).

I will always leave whether they succeed or fail up to the person I am tagging, and will write my tags accordingly to make this clear. Players of non-human characters may choose whether or not their character is 100% immune. But for lore reasons, I'd prefer that any other vampires at least have the possibility of being effected remain, regardless of whether it ever happens in game.

OPT-OUT: Blood Bank is a bdsm-themed yaoi webcomic about a world where vampires have subjugated humanity in a dystopian future. Shell is a vampire who's considered an "abnormal" due to his desire to be dominated by humans instead of the other way around, but is forced to hide this secret due to his status as a vampire noble.
